So I have officially been converted
It's almost February and I'm in love
I have been eating fruit for breakfast everyday
And eating scrumptious salad
And my new fav
veggie deluxe sandwiches on sprouted bread
I mentioned yesterday about my market visit
I had the best salad today at lunch
I might even love vegetables more than fruit now
It is interesting to have cravings for things that are good for you
So the raw adventure continues to unfold
And I notice things
For instance there is a connection between what you eat and how often you eliminate waste
I am more aware of that now
And then because I keep track of my food
I can consider whether a certain item is worth it
Especially if it's been 12 hours and no sign of it
So my goals for February are to integrate more raw recipes
