I have eaten raw breakfasts for the last 5 days
Here's what I had
Thursday
1 Kiwi
7-8 Strawberries
Friday
1 Kiwi
1 Red Pear
4-5 Strawberries
Saturday
1 Kiwi
1 Red Pear
3-4 Strawberries
Sunday
1 Banana 1Kiwi 3-4 Strawberries
Monday
1 Banana 1 Yellow Apple
A point I let out earlier
Fruit takes approximately 30 minutes to digest
So if I was still hungry I would wait 30 min then eat something else
But I wasn't hungry and actually felt a pleasant fullness
(not the I ate too much on thanksgiving type)
And at any point I felt I was getting near the "heavy full"
I stopped eating and used the rest of the fruit for a snack
I also eat the fruit first thing
If you are eating fruit after something else
you need to wait at least 3 hours for whatever else you ate to digest
