small step: optimal health

So just started week 3 of P90X
And today when stretching afterwards 
I could touch my toes easily on the right and with some effort on the left
I was an athlete most of my life but I've never been that flexible
It's always been an effort
So I am super psyched that I can touch my toes so soon
P90X is something 
I cannot wait to see what difference a month makes
Let alone 90 days
