Even if it's practically or actually back breaking
I love the feeling
I love pushing farther than before
And I love it when your body shocks you and muscle memory checks in
All this being said is why I think I could tackle a marathon
I love running
And even though it's further than anything I attempted
I'm up for the challenge

Anyways my small step challenge is to workout 3-4 days a week
This week I met my goal on the lighter end 3 days
I did Jillian Michaels Shred it
Some other random on demand workout
And today for fun I did Just Dance 2
It's fun so you don't feel like your working
Until the sweat starts flowing
I also had my hair out big and wild today
I went into a salon in my neighborhood
I think it's new I just noticed it about a month or so ago
I decided to stop doing phone consultations
Because I usually get disappointed
They have natural in their name
So my hopes were high
I asked the owner what services they do
He said blow outs, roller sets, weaves, and locks
I really think that is two extreme ends of natural hair
What about everything in the middle
I was specifically looking for braids
He directed me to one of the other stylist
She looked unsure but said she could
So all in all I'm still in the search
We went to a Hibachi Grill for lunch
It was for my friends birthday
So I remembered one thing from a book I read
To eat the steamed rice rather than the fried
I still had the teriyaki veggies and chicken
But it did seems somewhat lighter with the white rice
I also accomplished my goal of getting a library card
I didn't get a good chance to peruse
Because I had to meet my husband
But we have a really nice library who knew
