Specifically in the area of health and fitness
I generally get accused of being a vegetarian (which is not so)
I usually am told that I eat really healthy
But in reality I guess I just eat better than some
I know my body feels more alive and alert
with increased fruit and vegetable intake
I know that certain foods seem to way me down
And there are certain items I always avoid (beef, pork, dairy)
But that still leaves lots of room for error and room for progress
So in December I read The Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalia Rose

It was intriguing, informative, humorous,
enlightening, and above all realistic
So since completing the book
I began the very basic step of eating raw for breakfast
I planned to start Jan 1 but got excited and started earlier
Today is day 5
I was surprised to not be hungry
It seems that I am eating lunch later
I have also been eating raw snacks
I don't have a real plan of attack
I am going to reread the book
But for now I plan to continue with raw breakfast
and snacks at least till February
And then perhaps do raw through lunch
Ms. Rose does an excellent job making raw food accessible to everyone
Regardless of your typical food intake there is an option for you
And there is no push that 100% raw is the best way to go
If you have the slightest interest you should read it
