breakfast fuel

Today I was feeling a little random when I woke up
So I just ate an orange

Then cleaned up the kitchen
And 2 hours later am not hungry
So I am getting better at listening to my body
Starting next week I am going to detail all my meals
I think it will help me be more disciplined
I won't eat it if I don't want to document it
I am doing raw for breakfasts and snacks
