sweet saturdays

Today was great
The weekend always seems to fly by
I went to Whole Foods today to stock up
And to explore some new items I've never tried
It was crazy there were so many people there
Which is why I never do my grocery shopping on Saturday's
But I got tons of organic fruits and veggies
I am about to be on a raw high
Have you ever noticed that the Whole Food employees
All seem to be part of a special club
The majority could not get a job at any main stream super market
(At least based on the style of people employed)
Today if I had more time
And was more random (than I actually am)
I would have asked all the employees I passed
What there life aspirations were
Like is this your day job
But you are really the lead singer of some alternative rock band
Or you are starting your own burlap fashion line
Or are a starving artist
Don't get me wrong I love Whole Foods
And I love diversity and believe in freedom of expression
I just think it's interesting that I've never been waiting on at Super Target
By a man with a red thick Santa beard and humongous ear plug gauges
That is all
I had a great day though
I rented a movie from the library only to find out it was blue ray
We don't have that type of DVD player
And guess what it didn't work
