So I started week 3 of P90X this morning
In the past I heard that it takes a month to form a habit
But only 2 weeks for it to fall to the wayside
Not sure if that's totally relevant
But after dramatically shifting my life in 2011
First with fruit for breakfast and integrating more veggies
And considering all that rawness has to offer
Second with getting up early early at 5:30 to do the P90X
Third attempting to blog daily
Fourth trying to read more
So far I think it's catching
The only day I have been tired since the workouts
Is the morning I missed
I slept in and then worked out after work
I was exhausted that day
Otherwise I feel vibrant I need to find my bed between 10 and 10:30 though
I am excited about results and thought processes at the end of this month
So the new mindset is you can develop an appetite for the things that benefit your body
